We have a network of commercially licensed Shared Kitchens in the metro area, allowing you to grow your business on an as needed basis with a lower risk and minimal startup costs.
Our flagship location in Norcross is in final planning stages and we are working hard to get you started in our network of kitchens as quickly as possible!

We are having conversation with kitchens all
over the US and are working on the Southeast's largest
network of Shared Kitchens and Commercial Kitchens
One thing that I need to do is clarify what we are at Independent Kitchen Solutions.
We are working on the finest Shared Kitchen and Food Truck Commissary Kitchen project in the Southeast (and maybe the entire country!). Our facility is in the planning stages. Currently we are working on finalizing the plans for construction of our project and approaching investors with our plan.
We face the same difficulties as everyone else. If you call a local government office, you usually get told that you need to call someone else. After you make a dozen calls, you end up with the person that you called first. If you do get an answer to your question, you can call back the next day, and someone will tell you that you have the wrong answer. Multiply this by a dozen govt. agencies... This process in itself is what makes many people give up their dreams.
In the meantime, we have built up a list of more than 800 people who need to produce right now! We have become marketing partners with several kitchens. These kitchens are local operating kitchens that have room to take on producers who need kitchens on an hourly rental.
Every kitchen is different and may not work for everyone (our own kitchens will!) So, with this in mind, we want to learn all about what you would like to produce, and then we will find the best way for you to get started quickly in a facility that will best suit your needs.
There is such a great need for a central place for everyone to produce and get their business going. A one stop shop with all of the answers. Every day I speak with people who are about to give up on their dreams. Each time I encourage them to keep fighting! We hope that they will keep up the fight until we get our project up and running, and we will be that "one stop shop"!
Our project will be one of the greatest economic development project in our area! We will be the catalyst which assists hundreds of small businesses get their start in this economic mess that we are in.
We are working on another Shared Kitchen / Food Truck Commissary Kitchen project in Kennesaw, and hope to bring a location to the city of Atlanta soon.

Independent Kitchen Solutions provides commercially licensed and fully equipped Shared Use kitchens available to rent on an hourly basis.
These Shared Kitchens are also known as Kitchen Incubators, Cooperative Kitchens, Community Kitchens, Commissary Kitchens, Test Kitchens, Cooking Class Kitchens and Show Kitchens.
The financial risk has been removed from the equation of opening and operating a commercial Kitchen and we have simplified it to a fixed cost which you can base your business plans on.
Our hourly plans mean the you only pay for what you need. You can start your business without the burden of long term leases and utility deposits holding you back.
You can begin your new venture in our kitchens, grow with us and only when you are ready, move from our kitchens to your own!
Our kitchens and conference rooms are used for menu planning, training, tastings, product development, brainstorming sessions and lots of different types of production.
